River Rosie EARS Web Cat here!  I am so excited.  I just checked and the new EARS site has officially been born! It is now live!  If you are still pulling up the old website it is probably because the information hasn't reached all the servers yet, worldwide, (a matter of time).  I was able to pull up the new site using Google Chrome and also Internet Explorer!  Yeah!  

If you have trouble with the new website, try a couple of things first.   
Here's what I have learned so far:
Some internet browsers work better than others.  I have used Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.  There are many web browsers out there.  For a complete list click here.  Most allow you to download for free.  

Refreshing the page may help clear up any issues. 

If you get to a page and then click a link that takes you away from the EARS Website and you want to get back to where you left off, click the Back button or Arrow on your browser.

If you still are having trouble, please use the Contact Us form and let me know specifically what you are trying to do and what the results have been.  I will address the issue.
